Let's Go! Allons-Y!

The classes all started this year with a  super SUPERSTRETCH  at Belveze. It was Hazel's birthday so HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAZEL!

At the end some of the hardworking ladies stayed behind for a coffee and a catch -up...and shhh don't tell anyone and a piece of home made flapjack...plus Pam joined the group and will be bringing her Avon goodies every week too...a little bit of everything...PERFECT!

A big thank you goes to Kathy. Not only does she work hard at making all the coffee & flapjack she also does 2 classes a week. SUPERSTRETCH and HI/LO!

So I thought she deserved a late Christmas present...her own coffee mug!

Toutes les classes ont a commencé cette année avec un Superstretch super à Belvèze.


 C'était l'anniversaire de Hazel."JOYEUX ANNIVERSAIRE!"


A la fin quelques-unes des dames travaillent dur sont restées pour un café  ... et ... ne dites rien à personne et un morceau de flapjack fait maison et  ... Pam a rejoint le groupe et va apportes apportant ses  goodies 'Avon' chaque semaine...un peu de tout ... parfait! 


Un grand merci à Kathy. Non seulement elle travailler dur à faire tout le café et flapjack elle participe à deux classes par semaine. Superstretch et Hi / Lo! J'ai donc pensé qu'elle méritait un cadeau de Noël ... sa propre tasse à café !

At HI / LO STRETCH & GO we started the year

with an ULTIMATE ZUMBA BOOTCAMP

class mixing  all the favourite zumba steps with some real christmas calorie burning moves to kick start a new year...check out those FITbums! 


A HI / LO STRETCH & GO, nous avons commencé l'année avec un ULTIMATE ZUMBA BOOTCAMP classe mélangeant tous les favorites pas Zumba avec quelques mouvements qui  

brûlent les calories  démarrer une nouvelle année ... regardez ces FITbums!

The FITMIX class began and finished with, as always a fun mix of aerobics, circuit training and a stretch cooldown...our youngest FITfess member is a real expert now!


La classe FITMIX  a commencé et a fini avec comme toujours un mélange amusant de l'aérobic,de la formation du circuit et un temps de recharge étirer ... notre plus jeune membre FITfess est vraiment un expert maintenant!
